Oloroso is a sherry wine made from Palomino grapes, originating from the Spanish provence of Jerez. The typical characteristics are a nuttier, slightly dryer sherry style with notes of spice, leather and old wood. The additional cask maturation using Oloroso Hogsheads deliver an exceptional creamy and spicy addition to the classic GlenAllachie style.
