From the 50.000 casks slumbering on-site, Billy Walker carefully hand-selects only the most exceptional whiskies to be bottled as The GlenAllachie 30 Years Old. Presented at cask strength, natural colour, and non chill filtered, this annual small batch release truly showcases GlenAllachie in its purest form.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Rich mahogany.

Nose: Bursting with heather honey, sultanas and mocha, followed by waves of cinnamon, coconut shavings and dried fruits.

Taste: Lashings of dark chocolate, figs and orange zest, with treacle, raisins, cinnamon and hints of nutmeg.
